Hourly Wedding Planning Consultations

Many people ask what the difference is between an Initial Meeting and a Consultation. During an Initial Meeting, it’s really an opportunity for you to “interview me” and for us to get acquainted.  We will discuss your wedding vision and determine what wedding planning or wedding coordination services you may need. 


A Consultation is a time where I would offer advice on wedding planning, vendor and venue referrals, budget assistance etc.


Hourly consultations are perfect for the couple who just needs a little advice, referral, or confirmation. Consultations can take place in person, via telephone, Skype or FaceTime, whatever works best for you. If you book a consultation with us and later decide to reserve a planning or coordination package, we will credit the consultation fee to your overall charges.


Hourly Consultations - $125.00 per hour

Some couples need help getting started with their wedding planning. The Wedding Game Plan package is like a blueprint. It is designed for just give you some ideas, guidance, and point you in the right direction so that you have a strategy in place as you get ready to plan your big day.


Wedding Game Plan      $400.00

This plan includes:

  • A Planning Session (up to 3 hours) in person, via telephone, Skype or FaceTime

Wedding Planning Venue Selection

Wedding and Reception Venue Selection

Wedding and Reception Venue Selection is ideal for the couple who only needs location and venue suggestions. We offer three options. We are familiar with the ideal locations in Northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia for any occasion. We will compile a list for both the ceremony and reception, we can schedule appointments for you to tour the venues and we can also attend with you if you like.


Location & Venue List      $200

This package includes a reasonable listing of ceremony and reception venues in the agreed upon area in Northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia that will accommodate your guest count and budget. The list will include all pertinent information such as rentals, menu pricing etc. *guest count and budget range required


Location & Venue List with Appointments     $275

This package includes a reasonable listing of ceremony and reception venues in the agreed upon area in Northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia that will accommodate your guest count and budget. The list will include all pertinent information such as rentals, menu pricing etc. This package also includes the list scheduled appointments with catering and/or venue managers at the locations of your choice. *guest count and budget range required. 


Location & Venue List, Appointments & Personal Tour     $350+

This package includes a reasonable listing of ceremony and reception venues in the agreed upon area in Northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia that will accommodate your guest count and budget. The list will include all pertinent information such as rentals, menu pricing etc. This package also includes the list scheduled appointments with catering and/or venue managers at the locations of your choice and a professional consultant to accompany you to each of your appointments  *guest count and budget range required. All appointments must be same day or two and not exceed a total of 8 hours. Travel fees may apply if over 50 miles round trip.
